Immobel’s Brussels transformation is a family-driven vision to turn the historic city center into an inclusive, sustainable, future-proof urban ecosystem. Through flagship projects like Oxy, Brouck’R, Lebeau, Chambon, and Multi, over 185,000 m² of outdated buildings are reborn as vibrant, mixed-use hubs combining homes, offices, retail, hospitality, and green spaces. Guided by high ambitions for carbon reduction, biodiversity, and social cohesion, Immobel preserves the soul of Brussels while renewing its purpose. More than square meters, this is a legacy: creating places that strengthen communities and set a new benchmark for European urban regeneration.
